I first heard feeling flesh by random on YouTube music and now I've been a huge fan for like 2 years. Joey on the drums is absolutely sick. The guitar players are brutal as hell bass player. I can't believe he actually plays Bass to us and the singer is a goddamn beast from hell. Just a great band all around.

Hell yeah creed is great! I think Peeling flesh songs make sense musically because it's unique among other death metal or slam bands. I kept going past slipknot and lamb of God. Listened to Vulvadynia and got hooked on the style. I also got behind SANGUISUGABOGG cause I got introduced to them by the guitar players brother here in Indianapolis. Really great content that makes me want to go buy a new guitar!

That's awesome sad but true is the song I just started learning after a 15 year hiatus from guitar at 32 years old. Used to play rage and machine head when I was a kid

Its so true that Slipknot is the jumping off point, or the wall. At least it was for a lot of us.
Weirdly I moved into BTBAM and things like Poison the Well after Slipknot and nu-metal in general. Took me a while longer to get into stuff like Cannibal Corpse and TBDM. And now, here we are; slammin' it up. PeelingFlesh ftw!

I hate pinched harmonics, its been 2 years now since i started learning them and i still cant have the exact same sound everytime i try, its always something different and its hard to play between two different notes and stuff

I’m glad they gave credit to Wherein Lies Continue by Slipknot. Absolutely nasty ass riff. Feels good to see Peeling Flesh give a shout out to that song….

Yall don’t understand how valuable this video is. The main points 1 music theory is for the teachers not for the axe slayers 2 learning by ear is foundational to playing in a band 3 guitar players aren’t perfect even from the best most technical sounding bands they just play what sounds good to them so long as the walls rattle from their thunderous riffs 🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽 cant believe it took me this video to understand that.
