TF????? new panopticon album already? what… how? alright i guess. feels like last last year i was just listening to ever north the first time. im still playing that album whenver i go way up north. austin, u can relax man. we`re well fed. u can take time off its ok.

I'm a fan of Panopticon but I can't get into this one. Too much going on and too muddy- the folk instruments don't sound good- like almost off key? Am I crazy?

Are you a bad enough dude to save the presi… eh, tell Fenriz how to make a Dark Throne album? No, no none of us are so let’s all just enjoy the fact that Dark Throne is still releasing new music even if they keep changing genres every few records.
That said I’ve really enjoyed the new Panopticon album even if I found it a bit long in the tooth for a black metal album.

Yeah, Austin is probably my favourite drummer working today. Everything else he does is incredible but it's nice to see that aspect of his work getting some love.

This is one of those bands that I get why people like but have never clicked with me. I kind of feel like atmospheric black metal peaked about twenty years ago. Is this good? Sure. Am I going to listen to it over Ash Borer, None, or early Wolves In The Throne Room? Nope. Thanks for the review though, Blayne!

I continue to not get the hype for this artist. Nothing changed with this new release. And the mix is SO bad….the vocals are drowned out and half the riffs don't even come through. If you think this is top tier American BM since Kentucky, more power to you. Pass.

Was really hoping Blayne would be the voice of reason cause this thing SUCKS!!! songs are super boring and production is absolute garbage drums sound like paper or just overpowering low end. Songs meander and go nowhere only credit I will give is unique use of instruments 2/5

It's the best album in the Laurentian Trilogy and best since Autumn Eternal. 5/5 for me, a truly beautiful record!
