I googled it and I'm still confused. Apparently her neck got torn open and blood gushed out. However, where's the scar? She never mentioned this story after 2009.

If I was at that meeting I would have used details, "so your throat got ripped off but you didn't have trouble breathing? How did you survive?" It just feels like it was so badly worded. Was it the skin? Did the bones come with it? Did you lose a lot of blood? Do give us details.

Yes, Mila Kunis did sustain an injury while filming "Forgetting Sarah Marshall." She had a superficial neck injury during a jet ski scene, which resulted in bleeding. The injury was not severe, but it was noticeable enough that she required assistance on set.
