San Francisco Alcatraz is a different scenario. It should not be compared to the Everglade Alcatraz case at law. It is like apples and oranges.

Native American Graves Protection Act ! The Everglades are a sacred burial site. Within one mile of rez you qualify for an injunction until all of the cultural issues including birth ceremonies, and burial ceremonies, moon ceremonies, etc are addressed. This is a form of GENOCIDE. It's called cultural genocide. Further, the cameras must be facing the facility, not outward towards the sacred people, who may have never taken a photograph because it captures their soul. So these sensitive issues must be addressed..

I hope Native Americans their in Florida can do something about this & what are they doing with all that HUMAN WASTE WATERS ? I asked because the land can't perk all that HUMAN WASTE WATERS & it looks like the property getting bigger i could be wrong but they can't make a larger area.
