The Guest is really good! Since you’re into the genre, you’ve probably seen it, but it’s sooo good! Also, Killer Sofa is like a parody horror film on Prime, but it’s actually kind of good šŸ˜…

Get Out, The Others, Something Wicked This Way Comes, Sixth Sense, What Lies Beneath, Gothika, Stir of Echoes, The Skeleton Key. I hate horror movies and the violence is minimal in these. However, even though I hate horror, I got nevertheless got sucked into watching Hereditary and while violent and very scary (to me) it was really good. The acting was amazing (Toni Collette). I’ll NEVER watch it again but it was really good.

Has anyone seen "The Morning After" with Jane Fonda and Jeff Bridges? I've liked that ever since we rented it along with the ol' VCR suitcase back in the 80's!

Uh still obsessed with horror, I think when life is hard you are drawn to someone who has it worse to make yourself feel better. šŸ˜‚ do more of these!!!! Watch the 1944 movie Gaslight or Doris Day in Dial M for Murder.

I could never do full on horror, but after I no longer took antidepressants and antianxiety meds, I couldn't handle watching any graphic violence and gore or even people discussing it.
I DO enjoy thrillers though and I really enjoyed some of the Harlan Coben miniseries on Netflix like Safe, Stay Close, The Stranger, Fool Me Once and The Five. IDK if these are considered more "mysteries" than thrillers šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø

i obviousy don't know your inner taste, Jaime, but 1) "copycat" is a crime thriller, with sigourney weaver! but it is about a serial killer- it's really good, minimal blood, some uncomfortable topics, because references to real serial killers. 2) if you want a good, less talked about, dinner party at a mansion home invasion horror, with twists and a strong female protagonist who isn't stupid, i recommend "you're next." there is blood and it can be scary, because horror. but not that gory, SO worth it! 3) best (law?) thriller "the pelican brief." denzel washington and julia roberts, enough said.

I have a story for you: recently I was harassed and stocked by a road rager. He would write up right on the back of my car and then he boxed me in at a stoplight roll down his window and begin making threats at me. I told him to go away to leave me alone even the aggressive fuck off. But he wasn't leaving and he was adamant about beating me up. I looked around my car and saw that I had a melted cup of water from a take out place. I literally splashed his car with water and drove off. As I was driving off I heard a smash of glass and liquid flew into my window. I had thought that he had threw a beer bottle or something at me but I didn't turn to look I just kept driving. He continued to follow me as I wove in and out through traffic and even ran through a stoplight which he attempted to do himself but he was stuck in between cars. I was on my way to the police station but I happened to lose him and I didn't get a license plate so I figured there was no point. About an hour later I was accosted at my apartment by a cop who was extremely rude and aggressive with me. He told me to tell him what happened over on a street that I wasn't on earlier and I asked him to explain what he was talking about which made him even angrier. I told him that there was an incident that happened on another street and I told them the story about this guy. Apparently this guy had gotten my information took it down to the police station and at some point smashed out his own side window and told the cops that I did it. I told them that I didn't touch his car and that he busted the window out himself and the cop looked at me in the eyes and he said I don't believe you. I was in shock. I am a 6-2 large male whose middle-aged and telling the truth and this idiot couldn't tell the difference between somebody who was lying and somebody who was telling the truth. He treated me as if I was guilty and continued to parade me to confess that I was the one that smashed the window which I never did. Apparently the guy who reported me didn't want to press charges not like he could because I didn't do anything to him and he had no proof that I did, but the cop continued to talk to me as if I was guilty. This was a white young mustachioed piece of shit. So it actually does not surprise me that in this movie this cop would say something like ", I thought you said you didn't do drugs" in response to her saying that she thinks that these people drugged her. Because this cop when I told him my story and he said he didn't believe me he said that he thinks that this man threw water at me and I got mad at I smashed out his window for it which I looked at him and said "what!?" He continued to act like an a**** before he took off I was even able to take a phone call and make calls as he was questioning me so I knew that there was nothing that he had on me and that I was going to be free to go but it's still really upset me because I was clearly a victim and he was not only victim shaming me but also accusing me of something that I didn't do. To top it off he said that he gave this guy my information for his insurance. To which I freaked out and told him that this guy is going to come find me and he's going to do something what a moron what a fucking moron

If you haven’t watched ā€œDark Cityā€, I highly recommend it. It’s not a thriller, technically, but it has sci-fi, horror and thriller elements. One of my all-time favs.

Thank you for that great video !! By the way Sebastien inherited the hotel from his father and his working with interpol to catch bad peoples, that's why nobody went back to arrest him.

Late Night With The Devil was a huge disappointment for me… the actor was great, but the movie itself was too predictable—you basically see the movie in the trailer…

Jaime, give Housebound a shot. New Zealand thriller comedy.
Most of your audience won't have heard of it so if you do a review you won't be walking over-trodden ground.
