In this video i’m reviewing Mutoid Man’s new album “War Moans”. This album is a mixed salad of influences and genres. It’s exciting to live in times where bands try out new things… to a certain degreed at least.

Mutoid Man is a metal band based in New York. The band is made up of Cave In vocalist/guitarist Stephen Brodsky, Converge drummer Ben Koller and bassist Nick Cageao. Together they’ve released 3 albums. My personal favorite so far is Bleeder 😉

Every track is awesome. Period. This is the best heavywhatever album in many years.10 out of 10. Ask Marty Freidman. You didn't know he plays the unbelievably great solo on"WarMoans".

Pretty good band. Bit too fast sometimes for me, been there and learned that I only listen a full album, if it tinkles me. Kiss of Death did that to me, so I will check them out later!
The quiz is nice, and think I saw Animals- Pink Floyd. Leave the present out, keep your money in da pocket, and go out to see bands. 🙂

I haven't watched your video yet because I'm at work but I think WM is their most mature and exciting album so far. It's the first time Mutoid Man feel like a band that's going to last instead of a short (but awesome) project. It's unmistakably Mutoid Man. Fat, playful yet accessible. My album of the year so far…easily. <3
