Marvel has been going full throttle with their content output in Phase 4. With show after show after show hitting Disney Plus in the past year, some people are saying that superhero fatigue may finally be setting in. So putting out a new series about a character people aren’t super familiar with, starring a newcomer actress was always going to be a challenge, no matter how well-reviewed the show was.

Ms Marvel does raise some questions though. Like does every single teenager boy have a crush on Kamala? Why is this Damage Control department so bad at their jobs? Does everybody just have elaborate exposition presentations ready to go? What’s up with the sudden time travel? How long did those kids have to rig up the entire school Home Alone style?

    On the world always being at stake. I think a mistake a lot of shows, especially ones that have sequels or universes already planned, is having the stakes so high that there aren't actually stakes because everyone knows that they heroes can't lose.

    There have been some good variations on it. Guardians of the Galaxy 2, while there is world ending stuff the actual stakes are about Star Lord getting revenge. Or with Thanos doing the snap, it doesn't end the world, just messes everything up.

    But generally I think its why a lot of the 'b' tier super heroes land so well. Because the stakes in them are possible to actually happen.

    A Woke show designed to help Islam conquer the West by humanizing a religion with a holy book that openly calls for the murder or enslavement of non-Muslims. This is Disney being evil.

    My sister and I were talking about this show and how it would have been so easy for them to write Kamala as an inhuman to tie it into agents of shield. Like there could have been tarigen in the bangles or somthing like that. Missed opportunity

    So you got a new marvel hero , isn't stupid? No trust me ! So we fallow Kris keply what his power ? He doesn't have powers yet What ? It's a origin story, so he working in his father's shop that sells antique and one day a strange woman walks in that want to sell a necklace, his father what his name ? Not important he here for caring the plot forward, he is not interested but Kris has a girlfriend and her birthday is coming up so he buys the necklace. Nice than what happens? We'll his girlfriend get the necklace she puts it on and finds out that it gives her superpowers. What I thought Kris was going to be the hero , no he just filler so anyway let me stop you right here it's not gonna happen. Disney scores hit with omegagirl 3 billion dollars at boxoffice 😅🤒🤒🥵

    I'd like to see Ms. Marvel's mom get possessed by a demon and then kill her father and have Ms. Marvel be forced to kill her mother with her brother barely escaping. That might make for an interesting story.

    I tried to like this series but it's just boring to me. The "comedy" between her and her family may be cute but i just find it very dull.

    They need to have something really tragic happen to her, and make her character darker and more serious before I'll be able to take an interest in it.
