In 2004, German Police uncovered a hard drive filled with numerous photos depicting graphic images. And inserted within all of them, was a man hiding behind a distorted swirling face. This is the story of Mr. Swirl.

    It's clear by this point that oligarchs and politicians are completely in on cp and that's the only reason they let these worms life free. Time and time again it's the same situation.

    The reason why he wasnt prosecuted in those country and why the vuctims possibly didnt come forward is because asian countries in the south or at least east have this disgusting mentality to just "deal with things" or "tougen up" , the normalization of romanticization of minor and adult relationship, and the extreme corruption in these countries

    so they basically caught him, gave him a slap on the wrist and said don't do it again, then he did so they slapped his wrist again and were like guess there's nothing we can do about it
