Dude, I just got this same model the other day and WOW this thing is stellar. I mean I still love my Pocket (and its save states) but this is built like a tank and I'm LOVING it. Also hope you've been good man 😀

Really wish they made a purple one with blue buttons, but I picked up a leaf green one which is the next best thing for me. I have a lot of boring black/grey devices and I wanted something colorful and whimsical for a change.
Sadly I could only afford the base unit with gorilla glass.
100€ more just for the sapphire screen is pretty insane…I get it's practically unscratchable but still.

I picked up a Chromatic on launch last year at Game Stop. I also have a modded IPS Gorgeous Green Play it Loud series Game Boy and an IPS modded Atomic Purple Game Boy Color. After playing the ModRetro Chromatic, I get really happy when I find a Game Boy or Game Boy Color game I want to play at a Mom and Pop shop or at a show because it feels like whole new, yet familiar experience on the Chromatic. I love the Magnesium Casing and in reference to my system, the Sapphire screen. Last night, I was playing The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages on it and its just so ridiculously crisp. The FPGA and the way the pixels are displayed on screen is simply something that needs to be experienced since the compression on a YouTube video does not do the clarity of the screen justice. On my console, besides Tetris, I also have Monsterland DX and Dragonhymn. The indie scene on this portable has some really good quality games. This may be a premium devicd but its worth every penny for everything it does.

This looks very interesting and looks quite well made, but for me there’s just too many of these types of devices coming out t the same time. I’m still hoping to get a Game station Go by year’s end.😊

I was an early adopter and have really enjoyed my Chromatic it also works well with my Everdrive Flash Cart 😊 on top of being cool to pick up new nicely boxed game carts with manuals.

Please don't give Palmer Luckey a dime. Just google him if you wanna know why. But play the Chromatic Tetris anyway you can. It's just a gbc rom, and it's a fantastic Tetris. Congrats to the team.

Buy a used gameboy (they last forever, did you see the one that survived the 90's Iraq War?) Mod it with IPS screen and a boxy pixel shell, and you've got this thing. You don't get the fancy directional preferences, but you don't have to PalmHer to get it. Just palm yourself like you did in the 90's.

It's too expensive compared to the Analogue Pocket which does a lot more
But their M64 is cheaper than the Analogue 3D and does the same things the Pocket does over the Chromatic, so I'm getting the M64 instead

This Tetris is actually a huge downgraded version of the original nintendo gameboy tetris.
The multiplayer sucks ballz. I would not even call it multiplayer even.
It is just more of comparing scores.
There is no interaction between players at all.
They really do not know what they are doing with Tetris
    A huge letdown
I hope they release a new version of Tetris. Perhaps to be called Tetris MR which has an actual multiplayer
I am hoping a 4 player actual interacting multiplayer.

Interesting device with some cool features, but since I still have a GBA it's probably not in my future. However I'm still curious to know what the selection of original games is like, and how you see it comparing with the Super Pocket.

I've gotta say, if I didn't already have a GBA with its compact form factor, the metal case would sell me on this. I wonder if it acts as a heat sink for the unit.
