That's silly…..Most of thinking people would be perfectly happy with 1944 tax rates…With additional taxation on ALL properties not primary residence….At least until we had a 50% surplus in our treasury for five years…And those rates only reinstituted if the surplus EVER drops beloe 50% surplus…We would only need to add wealth tax to assets not residences..In 1945, the U.S. federal individual income tax consisted of a flat 3% normal tax and a graduated surtax that ranged from 20% to 91%. The 91% maximum surtax applied to taxable income exceeding(equivalent to about million today). Due to inflation we should not start the 91% bracket until $10 million…That too can be graduated IF non-resident properties are taxed at true value…Do you think this might better level the field here in AmeriKOCH?

Whoever has this idea of getting rid of people to cut the population, are they going too be apart of this idea?
