Metallica Just Got CALLED OUT By Roger Waters
Roger Waters called Metallica’s James Hetfield “a complete pr*ck” with “an IQ of about three” on The Katie Halper Show.
The Pink Floyd co-founder spoke days after Hetfield told the crowd at Metallica’s Las Vegas Sphere residency on October 10, 2026 that the band isn’t there to push politics. Waters also called Hetfield “no musician” and brought up Metallica’s music being used on prisoners at Guantanamo Bay.

the problem is just that james experienced and appreciated freedom. roger has not. roger claims for socialism or rather a lack of a dictator, but within his own band it is ran as a dictatorship….

Doesnt take much to voice concerns about children being murdered on a daily basis in Gaza, wherever and whenever it doesnt matter…shows you have a good moral heart…and indeed more personalities need to grow a pair and speak out. Roger Waters is correct here.
He backs up his claims with evidence if you just look up the stuff he says. It's not difficult to be reasonable. Is Roger sometimes annoying and bitchy, yes, but he's not at all wrong.
