See that's the typical PC nonsense of sugar coating everything which is unhelpful. It is weird to be fine with your child being in pain. It is weird to pretend it's fine to have a disability. Speak up for equality and demand the world be adapted to accommodate people with disabilities, but do not pretend it's fine to have one. It's patronising and embarrassing to condescend people like that.

I know you also touched on the age, but you could have twins where one is a little person and one isn’t. Remember little people, big world? Their teenage (att) boys were twins, and one was average size and one was little
Fraternal twins are too completely separate embryos so sometimes they don’t even look alike at all and they don’t have exactly matching DNA like identical twins so anything they have in common is the same as having anything in common with your sibling who isn’t a twin.
