The way Trevor cries out ‘Brian’ after the table collapses gets me every fucking time, he just knows the exact amount of whine and nasal intonation to apply in order to accentuate the delivery.

I use "The button that starts Mall Bitches, stops Mall Bitches" in my day to day life all the time. Doesn't matter that at work my elderly co-worker in her 60's has no idea what i mean, the point of it being "the thing you did, do it again" gets across.

Since I've never seen this sketch before and Trevor's the only one in it, I'm just gonna pretend like that crazy bastard found a way to upload this from heaven.

So I've been thinking about Michael Caine and how he talks about acting. He reminds actors that if the character is supposed to cry, holding back the tears will allow the audience cry for you. He goes into this same phenomenon when discussing acting drunk. A drunk person would do their best to appear sober, and in their bad charade convince the audience of their drunkeness.
My point here is that acting stupid must follow the same rubric, that is, they would put on their "best face" and do their best impression of a smart person, but in so doing reveal that their sentences — while winding fascinating labyrinthine passages through unending oddly formed arguments towards unintended paradoxical conclusions — would merely act as a threadbare flimsy caul of insecurity under which lay a seething maggot infested mass of intentionally cultivated stupidity.

Mall bitches might be a decent show if you gave it a chance.
