Machine Gun Kelly EXPOSES Yungblud

Rock Feed | May 22, 2026

Machine Gun Kelly and YUNGBLUD’s feud has officially reached a boiling point. What started as one of the biggest collaborative friendships in the modern rock scene has completely collapsed into a bitter public rivalry.

After years of simmering tension and behind-the-scenes fallout, Machine Gun Kelly recently went nuclear, slamming YUNGBLUD as a “preachy wanker” and bringing their cold war into the spotlight. We break down the tragic history of their relationship, the canceled tour controversy, and the untold truth about what really happened to fracture their alliance. This is the complete timeline of how the MGK and YUNGBLUD rivalry finally exploded.

You can’t kill live music. Everything’s expensive. There are tons of local shows in my area with acts that are actually talented playing bars, clubs, and theaters. I know it’s tough out there for artists but it’s tough out there for everyone. I really don’t care if these massive shitty acts are going broke and I really love to watch them bicker amongst each other.

Bands to check out instead of these guys include: Hüligan, Jodyellen, kingyoungblood, gang!, home team, leviticus, draemora, and many more! They might not have the financial backing and production of the guys in the video but they are real and passionate. Who cares about these big cry baby celebrities. Long live local.

Doesn’t anyone really care that someone came from private schools. Rick Ross was a correctional officer. People care about good music

All I know is there are two sides to every story and there must’ve been a reason yungblud agreed with the osbournes during that interview. Mgk has a history of always having conflict with or disrespecting someone. Eminem, slip knot, g-eazy, and more while he was rapping. I used to listen to him during the lace up era and he has always seemed to be insecure in his craft and desperately wants to fit in, but always looks the fool because his ego is so big. Yungblud mentioned they used to have conflict in their friendship and while making music and it seems they’ve just drifted apart and don’t mesh well anymore and that’s how life is. Mgk can’t accept that and has to burn everything down around him. He wants to play it off now and say it was just one line in a song but clearly it is keeping him up at night. Cause he’s talking about, writing about it and commenting under yungblud interviews. It is what it is.

I used to love mgk and his music really meant something but his attitude turns me off. I went to his general admission tour back in 2016 and it was the last one I went to. Not only was he two hours late because he was tripping backstage but him and his band were very rude and they walked off early. He has always had a chip on his shoulder. Hopefully one day he’ll brush it off.

I'm not trying to make this a political thing but it would be funny to see them wrestle it out at Trump's birthday WWE event….if it actually happens!!!! 😂

Nah this is all MGK whining for attention because YB won grammies with less nominations. Crying for attention without a single response lmao

One of the problems i have with MGK is Tickets to My Downfall. As you said, I like a few of the songs on there, but it's really not him; it's Travis Barker. Travis did the newer Avril album too and they sound so similar. It just feels very plug-and-play to me when it comes to stuff Travis has produced. not necessarily an MGK problem, but just my feeling on that album.

I remember growing up into bands like korn and vision of disorder soad slipknot deicide scar culture uphill battle burnt by the sun. And tons of dm bands. But, being looked down on by the so called gatekeepers
Cause I didn’t have the “ metal look “ I wasn’t metal enough for the metal people cause I looked apart
This is why I don’t really considered myself a metal fan
    I just like heavy music
I don’t want to be associated with people who treat others the way mgk is treated by gatekeepers
Mgk got the same hate I used to get by the elitist crowd
