51:00 says rent is too high because housing is too high, Dude only Hippies are high, and the vast majority are not "TOO" high. Rent needs rules to control it, why would anyone rent if they can buy? If they can't afford to buy, no one should be ripping them off for rent, rent should be $1 sq ft per year as a damage deposit and upkeep + utilities, that's it!!!!! No one should have their lifestyle paid for off their back. This is what's coming + for homeowners zero down payment, zero interest. Run those numbers and tell me how your mortgage looks?
