This reminds me of Andrea Yates. Can we please start holding the men accountable for leaving their wives with a diagnosis of postpartum psychosis alone with the children. This is yet again horrific.
Apparently, she has a long history of trying to get help for postpartum psychosis. The husband should have stepped up, he should also be on trail, he knew what she was going through. She had been committed for it at least once before this. This reminds me of the Andrea Yates case, in which she had a history of postpartum psychosis, but her husband made her have another baby and forced her to stay home with the kids despite her diagnosis. There were horrific consequences. That husband should be in jail. This is both horrific and sad.
