You should do a show on "dark disney" 75 to about 86. A ten year time period where disney made a lot of dark and creepy movies. Not scary but creepy. Like something wicked this way comes and all those movies

Watching the live stream after the fact. Please stop talking about Daniel LaRusso being the real bully or bad guy. In the original Karate Kid he was just a kid learning how to stand up for himself, Mr. Miyagi was a mentor and father figure. The whole thing starts with the beach party scene. It is already established that Allie(with an I) has broken up with Johnny. Johnny squares up with Daniel because he had the audacity to speak with his ex-girlfriend and try to stand up for her. In Cobra Kai you learn that Johnny had an abusive childhood…in Cobra Kai. In The Karate Kid, Johnny was just an asshole, and he and his buddies were just bullys.

I'm a David Lynch fan, my favorite David Lynch movie is 'The Straight Story', which is the most non David Lynch movie he made. It's a beautiful picture

80s movies I think are neglected:
Shoot to kill, Ruthless people, Jagged edge, Something wild, and blind date

Another great 80s Peter Cetera duet was: Peter Cetera & Crystal Bernard – I Wanna Take Forever Tonight. Crystal was on the show “Wings” and played Helen that Joe (Tim Daly) ended up with.

I missed the stream last night, so I don’t know if it was mentioned but Mystic Pizza is one of my favorites from the’80s.

I missed the stream, but a personal favorite of mine is Made in Heaven with Timothy Hutton and Kelly McGillis (1987).

I’ll say Hockey Night starring Meghan Follows. Very good and underrated!

The rap in Teen Witch is one of the most painful cringe in history.

I love 'forgotten' movies from the 80s, and I actually really liked 'The Witness' as a kid, because there was a kid character in it and the whole Amish lifestyle seemed fascinating to me.
I remember a TV movie called Mixed-Up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler (from the 70s.. but it also aired a decade or two later and also had a 90s version, but I preferred the first one)
Which was really fun and original and was such a fantasy of mine as a kid – to run away to a museum! ( an solve a mystery of cores as 70 kids often did)
