I dont have bipolar but I do have mood swings where I become depressed. I go to therapy but often times when I do go I feel like theres nothing wrong with me and that there isn't much of a need to go to therapy (I usually have my mood swings at night and morning). I cant really explain my depressive states when I actually feel good. So I can relate with what you said about bipolar people not wanting to go to therapy.

Thank heavens someone with his grandiose narcissism and instability can't possibly reach a position of power affecting the lives of millions of people. Oh, wait…

The unfortunate thing about bipolar is that the more time you spend in bipolar episode the more your brain degenerates, I'm not kidding, mania can cause permanent damage to the prefrontal cortex (if left untreated) and depression has also been known to cause brain damage (also if let untreated)

My mania goes from high ego to questioning myself if I truly full-fill my life’s purpose or if I’m content being bipolar is a blessing when you want creativity but a tough block when it turns on you.

My bipolar delusion is that however I feel right this second is how I always have and will always feel. Constantly changing, but even more the same every time.

You're too smart to be a moron so you must be a cunt. Thanks for making my life more difficult diagnosed with bipolar. I needed that. Thanks 🖕 for making this video and injecting toxic hypocrisy into the convo THAT'S DEFINITELY what was needed. 🙄 Go read Thomas Szasz and stop manipulating innocent people into drugging themselves to fit in all while pretending you're helping people if you actually do give a fuck and I'm wrong about you. But I watched your video. So I know I'm not wrong about you. You're another YouTuber with a bullshit opinion on mental health using your bullshit to pretend you're better than other people. Most people want to feel better than other people and will happily buy your bullshit so they too can lord over all. Supppppper helpful for society right now 🖕🖕🖕🖕

Great vid! But you seem to imply at some point that the "manic creativity" is random in nature.

I strongly disagree with this. Manic thoughts can very well be logical, and so logical, that they become detached from reality.

Think of mania as like being on a strong stimulant substance, while you're on this substance your brain is altered and basically overclocked. All it takes is some mental capacity of normal functioning then boosted to those extremes, you basically have a quasi-genius. People who do meth, report being able to do very quick decisions and may look at the world extremely technically for a bit.

The problem with all this is, It's very bad! Mania is destructive, unstable and unreliable. It will come and go while you may think this is your real self, but you're then rejecting your balanced content self, which will quickly disappoint you when you fall into the depression.

    Thanks. And stay balanced!
