Ugh. The Dolly portion was amazing but was that even a human performance after or some AI creation? It was definitely computer created in any case whether a deep fake or just heavy handed autotune. Can the singer actually carry a tune without the use of heavy handed tuning? It sounds horrendous and such a failure to tribute a real voice with human emotion and grit.

Seriously, you couldn't let leave the singers voice alone. The damn auto tuning you put on ever singer is embarrassing ….Leave the voice natural, you vultures. You can hear modulation through out the entire song. Dolly didn't need it so you shouldn't do it to this singer

Horrendous. This was both auto-tuned in real time and pitch corrected post-production. Not properly honoring Dolly, who did not sing with this artifice. They should have gotten someone who could sing this song.

I love this tribute and how it was on the VMAS! I am going to Dolllywood in two weeks with my family. Then this weekend we are going to see 9 to 5 at the movie theater in Michigan!
