This I do know … without even watching: The current US Supreme Court is capable of institutionalizing the greatest miscarriages of justice in the history of this country. (ref: Corporations are People … Anonymous political donors … Gerrymandering … Supporting Monopolies … Undermining Civil Rights … etc.).

Most Republican judges in the Supreme Court all think Party over Law ! So we need to oversee their actions, maybe senture them for protection for Trump ! Many of their decisions now are more than questionable . Should we just add more to the Supreme Court should we impeach ? Think we the People are between a rock and a hard place !

The "theory of original
intent" is used by "strict constructuralists" in much the same way the ancient alchemists used the "theory" of "phlogiston" – as cover for the fact that they don't have any theory.

They are both suggested to have ties to Tr*mp and Epst*in going back to the 80's according to the S*scha R*ley story.
It would help explain why the House Oversight Committee is a paper tiger.
