I had to look up whether Joe suffered from a disorder, based mainly on his posture and mannerisms. He does not. What a great actor and interesting character he plays.

That woman on the left (that he showed the picture to) is my Grandma, Candace. She passed away last Thursday. This is the only video with her voice that I have been able to find. Thank you.

I’m definitely NOT into his pretending to have Parkinson’s or WHATEVER TF this guy is doing in his ACT! Simple minds find it amusing and funny but I just can’t! Reminds me of Bobcat Goldthwait or Gilbert Gottfried with all that EXTRA trying too hard style.👎👎
