Well, we now know from the Daredevil trailer that she has a daughter! I actually had to watch your video to double-check my memory. After hearing Jessica mention her daughter in the new series teaser, I wanted to make sure I hadn't missed anything, even though I watched every episode of Jessica Jones when they first aired 😅🤯

First, the copyright conflict between Marvel and FOX made this villain (Killgrave) more terrifying.
See, the Purple Man can cause massive problems, but he can be easily defeated by almost any telepath (I think they have to stay more than a certain distance from him). He is super awful only for so long as he can avoid the attention of telepaths. In Marvel, most of the telepaths are in the X-Men, and as of the release of this show, none of the non-X-Men telepaths had been introduced to the MCU, so Killgrave was free to run unopposed, which made him far, far more terrifying than he normally is in the comic books.
Second, I love that they kept the detail that Jessica has the power of flight, but never learned how to use it, so for all intents and purposes, she's just really good at jumping.
Third, Marvel heroes have flaws. Wait, let me clarify. DC heroes have flaws, but are defined by their virtues. Marvel heroes have virtues, but are defined by their flaws. The best Marvel heroes are so flawed that they are a**holes: Wolverine, Tony Stark, Jessica Jones, Namor, and (at least from the way I remember him) Northstar. Northstar can be such a selfish bastard, but that just makes you cheer that much harder when he does something genuinely heroic.

I never knew this tragic Jessica Jones origin story, or how Patsy Walker was such a part it. Hellcat was a favorite Marvel cha r acter in my youth, but here looks like they called her Trish Walker instead of Patsy Walker, short for Patricia Walker.

all you need to know – 1 season is great, 2 and 3 seasons is shit, born again is shit, every marvel tv show is shit. Defenders is ok. Netflix Daredevil is great.

Her powers are weaker than in the comics, as are all the defenders in the series. I guess they want it to be more believable related to real life.

I've came to watch her series in 2015.
One of my best choices about the MCU.
I think she's a lovelly, complex, interesting and inteligent character.

Really goes to show you can describe the whole show run and barely mention Hogarth. Carrie-Anne did some great acting but it really made some of the second and much of the third season very tedious.
