Man oh man, I am binging "Hacks" for the second time. It is even funnier now because I have a better grasp of the characters. These two women (Hannah Einbinder and Jean Smart) were the ONLY two actors who could play those characters. I caught so much more when I binged it for the second time. Can't wait for Season 5, although I am sorta' sad because that might be the final Season – I don't know.
All of the characters in that series are awesome – the writing is brilliant, but it is the facial expressions, hand gestures, the silence at times, which make these scenes even better – funnier or sadder. Kalya and Jimmy together absolutely kill me. Kayla is freaking hilarious and Jimmy too. 😂😂
And Jean Smart – not enough words to describe her acting chops and the way she develops the characters she plays. And Hannah Einbinder – what an amazing actor she is.
So love "Hacks" ….

They both just seem like such genuinely good people. Its refreshing. They both seem like folks you'd want to sit and have a dinner with. Very rare for celebrities

I love Jean Smart for years and years. But Mr. Martin short. Ever since SCTV days I don’t think I’ve ever seen him – ever – without a disingenuous mask on. I think that used to fly back in the day but now, not so much.

“Hacks” is one of the best show ever. From laughs to tears in a quick minute. I’m watching season 4 now. I love that they have so many guest stars – some who aren’t widely known yet- and it makes the show really fresh.
