Ahhh Frank is bonkers..you should argue or fight with anyone. A real Martial artist wouldn't have "clenched" up.🙄 Egos were the problem. Bloody hell man. He felt dismissive so he argues with van damn.

It was in the Power Rangers The Movie premiere at the Grauman's chinese theatre. Van Damme's kids were huge Power Rangers fans. Don't know what happened there but JDF was so pissed off.

A fan of both. But I think even if van damme is older he has the veteran experience internationally. So I think van damme still would win. If I was there as a fan I would try and break it up.

I'm sure someone else has already said this somewhere else in the comments, but I'll say it again anyway. Never meet your heroes, most times you won't like what you get. The hero you idolized in the movie/show/whatever is just a character they play and not the real person. Many times the hero is actually a villain.

Too bad that Van Damme did that, cause he knew of mental health and dealt with his own, and he could've helped JDF with that instead of antagonizing him, potentially preventing his suicide.

Grew up watching both, and love both as actors.
With that said, I honestly do believe that Jason would have probably won the fight, if there ever was a fight between both of them. It's likely the reason why van Damme hesitated to fight him during the altercation, when Jason was ready to throw down. Van Damme himself(although he would never admit it) probably knew he would lose a fight with JDF.

This is only one side of the story. Van Damme has always come off as a very nice guy and pretty much everyone who met him or worked with him have nothing but good things to say about him. who knows what was going on between the two of them, only they do.
not everyone gets along with each other.

I think Van Damme at his prime is too much for JDF the power ranger. But the late JDF really bulked up and became a beast, he would have owned Van Damme.
