The real issue is not how much Metallica donated. Its the fact the most wealthy country on the planet has a failing government refusing to take care of its people. Numerous congressman voted against funding FEMA. But, its perfectly acceptable acceptable to spend over 15 billion on phucking elections.

7:15 I totally agree with you. Most people know that Metallica donates to a lot of causes across the world, and they do so of their own free will. I challenge anyone criticizing Metallica to show proof that they themselves donates as much .

Though I'm not the hard-core Metallica fan I once was. They probably donate more than most celebrities. This past summer in my town of Edmonton, they donated $100.000. Split between the Food Bank and the Woman's Shelter.

those pansy pop stars and movie stars that blab about their 'donations' are only wanting to be SEEN – perhaps all these people that want to shout CHEAP should actually do some research and see how many people and communities Metallica help out as he say WEEKLY or more but because they dont ADVERTISE every donation they make theyre now cheap – what a joke

Welcome to the age of entitlement. If Metallica didn't donate anything no one says anything. If they donate they're cheap for not donating as much as Taylor Swift. Do a quick google search "Metallica donates" and you'll see all kinds of things pop up that Metallica donated to. There was $350K to covid relief. $131K to California wildfires. Another $100K to Edmonton food bank. The band donates plenty. They don't have to do any of this. People are just selfish and always want more. It was just announced that they're doing an all within our hands charity/auction concert on December 13th. So far their charity has raised 15 million since 2016 to help people in need. Fuck the entitled, selfish haters.
