Jackson Saves Aggressive Cat From Being “Put Down” | My Cat From Hell

My Cat bit my face today.

I've noticed that when you're willing to let your arm get ripped to shreds by a cat without being aggressive back, it builds a sort or trust with them. "I'm hurting you, why aren't you hurting me?" Taking a deep bite to the knuckle is NOT fun though. 😭

It's really not that easy. I have a four-year-old cat, Mignon, who was born here to a stray who I took in. The stray and her other kitten were later adopted, as I already had three other cats (one surviving now, aged 11). My four-year-old will scratch and bite me (hard) sometimes, and she still hisses at and rushes at my older cat. Getting her into the vet box is a total nightmare, especially as she is big and very fluffy and I'm small and frail.
Some context. The year she was adopted, I was grieving for my then youngest cat who was killed deliberately (that still hurts). Plus my husband was diagnosed with cancer and was very ill until he died. He died the following year, so more grief.
I've always loved Mignon unconditionally.
It's only typing this that made me think that all my grief has somehow affected Mignon's sense of security?
She has a big garden which she has always spent a lot of time in, and comfortable beds indoors.
She has become a little overweight, and is not enjoying being refused extra food.

i have had few problems with felix my cat after he got netured he got aggressive vet said put him down i.said now took me 3years old for him to trust me he is lovely

I really appreciate that these people actually try and help there cat by calling the help of this man

Why would you put down a cat doesn't make sense

Why would people put down a cat that wouldn't kill u rather than putting down strays who are filled with rabies and would attack anyone who gets even closer to them or to their food? I'm still confused
