Some say if you quit while your still in your twenties, you can avoid the more severe health implications associated with smoking. Think of quitting as soon as possible and do it.

I wanted to get off cigs, hate using vapes because it looks so cringe you may as well smoke. I tried pouches and loved it, but then the Netherlands banned them. Can't understand why, much less intrusive and likely far less dangerous than vaping, but we aren't allowed them.

I work at a smokeshop in Vancouver, I see people come in and start vaping to quit smoking then start pouches to quit vape.
Funny thing is when someone tells me they're starting vape just to quit smoking, I tell them it's worse. But they generally laugh and think I'm joking

I grew up in Richmond in elementary school (1970’s) we would take field trips to the Philip morris factory off interstate 95, after the tour all the kids would receive a pack of 5 cigarettes and a Philip morris pen that was decorated with all of their cigarette brands.

Hilarious! I legit came here to learn if zyn was in fact a real concern. Used bandits and now zyn as a step down method of getting off Copenhagen. I've been "stepping down" for over 15 years. I came for the science but stayed for the laughs.
