Oh … few minutes in and when it comes to interpretation of memes, i instantly feel the cringe of someone not in touch with the field absolutly missing the point. I mean i'm … kinda old and still i feel the cringe of the misinterpretation – what probably perfectly supports Leejas point of memes can't be deciphered from outside a number of aligned bubbles.
But as my autistic brain NEEDS to get this out:
Helldivers is riding one big cultural JOKE of fascism and militarism coated in democracy – it's like the movie Starship Troopers. It's a mockery of fake democracys and every single player of this game (seems to) get this. They join in and every overly patriotic BS slogan yelled is peak irony and mocking of f.e. the US militarism and war advertisement. It's super interesting to see a cultural devide between a group absolutly understanding the risc and face of fascism, and others interpreting this mockery as said fascism. Feels like 'plz skill irony'.
I finally understand why people can come to the 'conclusion' that Starship Troopers or maybe Warhammer 40k is fashy, lol.
The other meme-thing shown – which is reframed by the visuals btw. is similar weird and falsley interpreted. The topic of the joke is a thing that exists as long as the internet, and that is old creepy guys go to the internet and say they're 13 year old virgins just to sneak into conversation with actual 13 year old girls and engange in (hopefull just written) sexual exchange. This was and is a rampant problem (yepp, 20% of these nice old dudes you meet at the supermarket are actually internet stalkers hunting for under aged girls attention, secrets and pictures – enjoy your next grocery shoping with this knowledge).
The FIRST additional layer here is that some people in the younger generations also are permanently cosplaying as something, playing ironic roles, social roles, and so on – so they form a fluid personality that drifts through the many layers of social plathera that is the internet and always adjust, as this is just their life (and better than the physical reality alternative, typically).
The SECOND layer is the author of the picture putting those detached from pointless real world acting all in one box and visually call them furrys, and make a mockery of the situation i wrote at the beginning, of old guys chatting with other old guys and all pretend to be 13 year old virgins with a heavy interest to learn about sex, and then put the furry people in the shoes of those creepy predators (which they're not toally unaffected by but … typically they're more the victims of such creeps then the offenders – and if they engange in sexualised communication (which they absolutly do), the do it with concentual individuals of the same range of social group – and the gender or appereance of the other side is not that important to begin with).
So you could summise it as some old pedo try to shame furrys to end up chatting with sweaty, hairy guys instead of 13 old girls – which is THEIR fear, not the furrys. They typically know they just life a roleplay and enjoy some ease from shitty social conventions.
It's the view of a third person on a situaiton they don't understand but need to project for their own psychological need. And this could be done over and over again by every individual seeing the thing. It'll always depict something different.
So that's super intersting in a anthropological point of view, and the author being as much as a object to study then everyone watching it. A truckload to unpack and i guess we could go on forever.

speaking as a tranny leftist and a helldivers enjoyer i can tell you that the specific "ideology" of helldivers is purposely tongue in cheek and very much starship trooper-esque meaning that for the vast majority of people its clearly ridiculous satire but for some people it is taken seriously.
