Inside The Billionaire Takeover Of The IRS

More Perfect Union | October 6, 2025

The 1% account for about 30% of all unpaid taxes in the U.S. Tax evasion by the ultra-rich costs the U.S. about $150 billion a year. But Elon Musk and Donald Trump fired the workers who audit the rich. And now ordinary workers and taxpayers are left to shoulder the costs.

We report on the real struggles and challenges of the working class from a working-class perspective, and we attempt to connect those problems to potential solutions.

We report on the abuses and wrongdoing of corporate power, and we seek to hold accountable the ultra-rich who have too much power over America’s political and economic systems.

I cannot get ahold of anyone at the irs. I cannot get past the bot. I have a 1700 dollar refund I am owed for 2021 and the automated system only gives info for 2022 – current tax year. This is beyond frustrating and absolutely ridiculous.

This YouTube channel acts as if it's neutral but we all know that you're probably democratic party. All your videos are made in a way to make republicans look bad and democrats look good

and don't forget about individual states or cities giving tax free status to corporation to "create more jobs", which they usually don't do and just pollute/ruin the local area and economy.

My God, America!! The IRS HAS NO legislatively passed implementing regulations that gives them ANY jurisdictional AUTHORITY to extort money from the populace under the guide of an income tax!! 26 CFR 1.0-1 paragraph (d) from the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 clearly says " taxable years began December 31 1953 and ENDED August 16 1954" passed into LAW by the 83rd Congress as LAW and recorded as LAW as volume 68A in the United States Statutes at Large…….as LAW. Any Subtitile F enforcement compliant provisions took effect the day after the date of enactment which was August 17 1954 but on that day there was no statues to enforce as the tax/taxable years died/expired the DAY before on August 16 1954. There has not been an enforceable income tax in this country for over 70 years!!!!

I don’t disagree that Elon has helped the billionaire elites, but how do the More Perfect Union folks know that Elon has friends? I can’t see that guy having meaningful friendships with anyone, because he’s a ketamine-addicted narcissist. Thanks MPU for another quality video.

Honestly, it breaks my heart how Manifest and Receive by Eva Hartley isn’t getting the attention it deserves. This book changed me. People need to wake up to this.

Its a little scary how few people know about the book Manifest and Receive by Eva Hartley, you’re have no idea what your missing out and its honestly criminal how much this book is being hidden. All creators who know about this book should be ashamed by this

You’ve ever been able to get through to the irs. I got audited in 2021 and could never get through to find out what to do. And because i didn't do whatever i was supposed to, they decided i owe them when in fact they owed me. They've since stolen all my money out of my bank and left me homeless. Fk the irs

6:20 Also worth mentioning that simply by imprisoning the tens of thousands of lying rich people and lawyers, you'd clean up the economy by default. You dont have to go after the same company or person for years if you've repossessed everything they've ever touched and they're now serving 40 years breaking rocks for minimum wage.

Eh, if tax laws (big if, admittedly) get simplified enough… the cuts to IRS personnel will still be a net positive for everbody.

The IRS needing that many people in the first place is the real problem.
