It's not "Jung's process of Individuation". Individuation is spiritual awakening and is also known as kundalini awakening and Self Realization. It is an arduous and extremely agonizing process that takes decades to complete. It took me roughly 25 years just to purge and integrate my unconscious. The shadow is not a real entity. It is temporary and consists of repressed instincts, emotions, feelings, and complexes. The Self Realization process purges all darkness from a person.

So-shu dreamed, and having dreamed he was a bird, a bee and a butterfly, he was uncertain why he should try to feel like anything else.
    Hence, his contentment

I believe reality is a dream, and this unfalsifiable notion, while useless and existentially pointless to one who glances, when everything is an archetype; the world is to be decoded. Coincidences become puzzles and new friends become destiny. It's beautiful, but admittedly insane. Whatever

I think by trying to analyse the subconscious we only create a selffullfilling prophecy, which doesnt really represent our true self. Instead we just should focus on our day to day deeds.
What I also dont get is how we're supposed to become our true selfes when we consist of multiple parts opposing each other.

I feel like the message of Jung is needed by this world right now more than ever. Everything is so disjointed from each other and not until we learn to rejoin ourselves would we even begin to scratch the surface of rejoining the world. Good job man!

I can’t tell you what is actually going on in the mind, but from my experience what Carl jung is talking about feels real. Maybe not the specific mechanisms behind the process, but going through it felt very much like what he explains in this video.
