To my fellow trans guys guys in the first year after top surgery. REMINDER TO SUNSCREEN YOUR SCARS. the suns contact with them can fuck with them and darken them which is irreversible.
I have mega oily skin with t and i found out there are sunscreens made intentionally to not clog your skin cause there isn't as much oils in them as normal sunscreen. The spf also goes up crazy high. Ive been using it instead of regular sunscreen on my face and neck and i geg way less angry acne all over my neck and scalp and face.
Suncreen inside and outside. Shirts don't block all sunlight unless theh are made specially to do so. Even sun inside if it touches the scars can and will affect them.
Be safe out there guys. Power through the sun protection so you can run around shirtless like you paid to do 🎉

The 20k steps is not nearly the flex Brandon claims it is. If you've got a dog, likely your 3x walks a day, plus just daily walking around your house/office job, will get you there.

I personally don’t want to grow old, but it’s because I genuinely don’t want to be alive for longer than 50 years, not because I’m scared of looking old. Being here for 80+ years sounds like an actual nightmare to me. But I don’t mind getting wrinkles and going grey. I’m only 19 and I’ve been getting grey hairs for years now so I’ll probably end up grey by the time I’m 30 and I have no problem with that. I’m actually kind of looking forward to it. Wrinkles mean that I’ve lived. I don’t care how old I look. I could look 96 and I’d be happy, as long as I don’t actually live to be that age
Also, genuinely wanting to look like a teenager at age thirty is really gross and pedophilic I feel like

The more feminine presenting one in any relationship heteronormative or not always has the expectation by society to look young or get replaced…… we can’t act surprised when Hollywood and pretty much all societies are still pushing that narrative to this day. The thing about children using anti aging products is that a lot of them contain stuff like acids, that are dangerous to their skin. Their skin is too young to handle such things. So they're not only causing themselves irritations and burns, but are 'aging' their skin quicker. It's not healthy, psychologically or physically.

not like you get wrinkles faster or anything but studies have shown that more stress and a more pessimistic outlook on life can cause your body to age faster and shorten your lifespan.. so yeah stay positive
