I love your comedy vids, but you're developing a pattern of recommending scam companies. I already find myself viewing your ads with substantially more skepticism than the other youtube channels I watch.

LOL. The "disposable" ones, which used many times less plastic, were also reusable. There were whole websites dedicated to how they could be reused besides for groceries, covering everything from boot liners to clothes, to bed mats for the homeless. The thick ones seem to be LESS reusable than the thin ones were, because they're too thick for many other purposes, so a LOT more plastic goes to waste! If they really wanted us to go green, they should have changed zoning laws to bring grocery stores walking distance from people's homes!

There's a J-horror called 'Tetsuo:Bag-Man' – a Japanese man cuts himself on a reusable bag. Some of the plastic gets into the wound and he slowly turns into a bag.
He goes on to spread his infection all over the world, choking it in plastic.

When I forget the bags, I just push the cart to the car and put everything into the trunk without bags.

Shame on all others, especially the Japanese.

very relatable problem. you forget the bag and then you buy new ones. luckily, those you buy in the grocery store can be used for your rubbish bin at home. that's trash can for you Americans out there.

Don't keep shopping bags at home, They go in the car: whenever you do need them, its is never at home; reason withstanding the car is their optimum location.

May 1, 2013 plastic grocery bags were banned in Eugene Oregon where I live and we’ve been swimming in reusable bags since. I have to admit, I’d sometimes drive the extra mile to Springfield for a plastic bag fix. I was experiencing bag nightmares until I joined B.A.G. the Bagaholics Anonymous Group. There’s no judgment allowed and I’ve heard some inspiring stories of recovery. I’m proud of you Julie; the first step is admitting you have a problem.

If my grocery store ever stops providing disposable plastic bags, I will shop somewhere else. If they stop, I’ll open my own grocery store.
Those bags are my trash can liners for my small bathroom garbage cans. Screw reusable bags- they’re useless.

I won’t lie, I miss disposable plastic bags. I used them for garbage all the time as we all did. Now I just pay for more garbage bags than I would need to buy otherwise.
@lobstermash
June 10, 2026 at 1:32 pm
Bring the shopping in and put it away. Do NOT sit down. Take the bags directly to the car and put them in it immediately. Never put them in the closet. They live in the car.

When stores stopped providing plastic bags. Came across a mockumentary that calculated the environmental impact of one reusable bag. To be the equivalent of 3,300 plastic bags.
Scammed again 😭
