Im 6'4" and my life is pretty ordinary, I think people overestimate the advantages of being tall.

I grew approximately 4 inches over a month or so. The way I did it was fixing my posture. I was illustrator sitting at a desk drawing all day long for a couple years which caused my posture to become hunched over and I noticed I was considerably shorter than I normally should be. So I did a bunch of exercises and strengthened my back and core and after a month or so I was standing much taller or I was just standing at my genetically predetermined proper height.
