My mom bought me one of those sleep pods as a surprise christmas gift some years ago and it is just uncomfortable for me, i hate thinking about how expensive it was when i could've just asked for a blanket or something 😭

12:42 Beyond amazed that a crappy, IG add product actually WORKS as advertised. A+ to that company

checked in on the nurabuds and they seem to have updated their model to something…not as egregiously unreasonable. you can still "subscribe" to their earbuds, but you allegedly get special perks and are entitled to new upgraded hardware every 2 years. which is still insane since the subscription is now $10/month, but you can outright buy the earbuds for $99 one time. so they STILL want you to pay more than the price of the actual earbuds in subscriptions

It’s funny watching this video back because those slip on shoes are now super common. My Oma (grandma) has a bunch of shoes that have that feature now, so they’re great for her decreased mobility

the funny thing abt those sneakers, is that you can just…. break in ur shoes enough to do that. ive done it to multiple pairs of airforces over the years.

I've definitely seen appliance rentals for things like TVs, fridges, washing machines, but never on a small thing like earbuds, never direct from the manufacturer and never as the ONLY way you can have the thing. Even among device rentals those buds are bizarre

7:46 in the Benelux and Germany, there's a company called Coolblue and they offer a subscription for a washing machine and dryer. The cheapest combination is 36 euro every month and you can only cancel after an entire year. The whole thing with that subscription is that if the machines break they will be replaced or fixed within 2 days and that's free.

But, like. We've had our washing machine and dryer for at least 7 years and it never broke beyond a point that my dad couldn't fix. 36 per month is A LOT

2:15 I have one of these but its a body sock because I’m autistic 😭 I sweat neurotypical people keep seeing stuff for us and going “what if we sold this but made it 10x more expensive”

I've always popped on shoes, and I don't think any of them were specially designed for that. I'm lucky that they don't fly off as easily as they fly on, but it's probably Patented Bean Technology at work.

I have a different brand of shoes with laces but the laces don't matter and they're pretty good but I find they keep untying themselves but I don't think that was a problem when I first got them so it's probably from being old

I know this video is old now, but losing your 70 bucks on the Bean Bed is the least of your concerns. That financial information was for sure stolen and sold on the dark web. Identity theft waiting to happen down the line.
