Tax the billionaire class out of existence. 90 percent wealth tax above $2B. Obama did not insist someone sabotaged the reflecting pool when the algae showed up and then send the National Guard there to keep future people from sabotaging it. Algae happens, that's all. And painting the pool dark blue only increased the warmth of the water increasing the Algae bloom. I predict the blue will have to be completely removed as this will be a continual problem. If it continues Trump will then start blaming the National Guard soldiers with Saratoga and ruin their careers.
