It's so funny that Nicholas Hoult was cast as the awkward boy because of how awkward he is. Now, because the world is so strange, weird is supposed to be a heartthrob.

Nicholas is most certainly not a boy anymore but he definitely still has his pretty boy face. He has a very striking face.

I remember this film, and then I remembered Hoult in Skins… The most insane glow up!
I had body image issues when I was young, but knowing you could "grow in" to your looks made me a lot less self-conscious

They could get another movie out of these two, About Another Boy? Or girl could have Nic being a Chris type character, I'd watch it

Grant and Hoult act in this interview as if it were a sequel to About a Boy, and Will ends up as Marcus's stepfather.

As a sad, lonely only child raised by a troubled single mother, About a Boy was, and is, so, so special to me. It made me weep and it made me glad and hopeful in a way that few films have since. ❤

I am so glad Hugh Grant has not succumbed to the pressure of ruining his lovely face with fillers/botox/surgery. Love his still naturally handsome face.
