As a born and raised Torontonian, always right in the city, I really appreciated your analysis. It was very inciteful, for a Vancouverite, lol! Excellent presentation, I will be watching more of your videos. I lived in Vancouver for a while in the 80's, beautiful city and the smell from the Cedar mills was amazing but after sitting in traffic on the Lions Gate the sheen wore off quickly. Both cities are awesome places to live but for me Toronto has always been home. It is getting crazy big though and not as much a nice place that it used to be.

What you say about Toronto is 100% the same in Mexico City, with the caveat that not only it's the biggest city, most populous, where the political, ideological and economical power resides, it IS the capital of the country. All of that meaning that politicians that want to have national, federal positions need to cater to Mexico City's population. Sorry, but as soon as I heard you were from Vancouver and "explaining" Toronto I knew it would be low-key snarky so I clicked off. Sorry, but Vancouver spends half it's time trying to become Toronto, and the other half of it's time crapping on it… which is the typical petty regionalism in Canada toward the largest and most powerful city. This happens in every country of the world toward the biggest city and of course makes great click bait. The best people to actually "explain" any city are the ones who live there, not 4375 miles away yet trying to sound like a local.

I do appreciate only 2 universities being mentioned. That is correct as no one should count TMU. It does sound better to say the two largest, and not 3/10.
