I don't want to live, but i need to want to live. If i don't, i stop caring about things, schools a great example. I have no friends, im extremely anti social and i hate the presence of other people, and i have to not only put up with that, but put up with hours of them talking about shit i really don't care about because, well, i don't want to live, so whats the point of putting effort into trying to learn anything. Unfortunately, this mindset is gonna kill me in the long run, so I'm in a time where I need to want to live, otherwise im gonna die without even dying. I truly hate it all.

I like your videos. My feeling is that it is pretty easy to say what to do, but not how to do it. Got no friends? Get some! That is kind of insulting. Anyone interested can google my project 'mindful storytelling'. I won't post the link cause I'm not driving traffic – just adding something practical.

I do want to live, and I do want to get to a better place. Just feels like the world has other plans, and is actively more hostile than I’ve ever experienced. It’s actively out for our heads, breaking us down at every turn and crushing us into the dirt. I’m pushed to the limits of my mental health surviving.

I’m sick of surviving. I want to live.

I restart every day, I know what is missing. I know I have unmet needs. I try to meet them every day. But even still, my social connection is not up to me. It's up to those around me and how I affect them and how they affect me. Sadly I cannot meet this need automatically. Simply up to the people I meet whether to care about me or not to give me that connection. I can take what I get. But does it ever satisfy.

Im going back to the things I liked when I was a child, before life happened, in hopes to find what I truly enjoy intrinsically, when nothing seems enjoyable anymore, and it feels like I will never find joy again. Most are very simple things that I usually take for granted. The quiet of the night when everyone is asleep. Smell of rain and a freshly sharpened pencil. The color blue. Old trees. I can never unsee the ugly in the world, but I cant ignore the beauty in it as well

How can someone else decide that all that is wrong with the exosystem isn't cause for resignation? And then there is the points of autonomy. I feel like im getting mixed signals about what I can control and how the world takes that from me. And then im also told to just be okay with that, because its out of my control. It feels like hypocrisy.

I have to give credits and all the love to this channel. Troughout the , i dont know like two years, everytime i open youtube, while my life feelt chaotic and meaningless, Sysiphus55’s video pops up on my fyp like it knew i needed that talk and reminds me that bad times are not forever and all the pain is worth it to become a better person. After so much i have been trough, this channel has helped me so much with my mental health and to find meaning to everything and to be the person i am today. Thank you for making theese videos you helped me trough a lot and i will forever be grateful to you.❤

I can't stand it when "Mental Health" channels present only one side of the political spectrum or issues as "bad". You're only further depressing an alienating those people who fall onto that side. Or even people like me who take no sides but know that things are more nuanced than how you present it.

Are some of the things Trump does a problem? Yes, it's also just as bad and sometimes worse on the other side.
Shouldn't people who are illegally in the country be deported? What about the rites of people they are taking away by being there illegally, such as the issues that have come about in minority communities in the US by the influx of illegal immigration.

    Not good imo.

I find that when I get very down, I write down potential song titles and they usually start out really depressing but as I focus on the word or words in them, they launch into thoughts that make me smile and after about 100 titles, I generally have to stop myself from writing more because it becomes addicting and it puts me in a really good mood.

Thank you. As I (and I’m sure some of us) progress through life and feel newer levels of uncertainty coupled with the increasing awareness of my mortality and having little to show for a life lived so far due to a few big mistakes and setbacks along the way. It’s easy to fall into narrative foreclosure. It’s easy to feel as though getting a grip on life is like trying to physically grapple with air itself. The hardest part is what to do with agency and free will in the face of pain, risk, and uncertainty when so much is telling you that this hard thing might fall back down the hill at some point. I’m sure a short answer is consistency and confidence in the path being taken. Maybe just being stupid? Jokes aside, it is tiresome. My only hope is that it gets easier one day. That my feet be planted firm. That my will to fight be found again.

I’m gonna go clean my room.

Writing down my intentions every day changed everything. Manifest the Divine by Elena River helped me stay grounded and not just spiral in my head like usual 😅 I ended up manifesting my favorite city move and a surprising new connection.

The first time I actually believed in manifestation was halfway through Manifest the Divine by Elena River. The prompts helped me uncover stuff I didn’t even realize I wanted. Game changer. I swear, my new job literally showed up two weeks after I got that clarity.

Been doing manifestation for years but never felt connected to it until I got serious with journaling. Manifest the Divine by Elena River kinda became my morning ritual and I’m not even that structured normally. I ended up manifesting a new partner and a calmer lifestyle in less than two months.

Well I don't want to live like a machine every day form 6am to 5pm and 6 o 5 hs of home work with 1 holiday every week with 10+hours of reading and homework and with this bad depressing life lonley betrayed many more

I needed structure without being too rigid, and Manifest the Divine by Elena River gave me that. The prompts were deep but also made it fun and personal. Something shifted after that. Now I have the kind of peace and stability I used to only dream about.

Tried meditations, affirmations, all of it — nothing stuck until I started putting pen to paper with Manifest the Divine by Elena River. Felt more like self-discovery than manifestation tbh. Now I’ve got way more clarity and finally bought that car I wanted.

I didn’t need another video or quote — I needed a mirror. That’s what Manifest the Divine by Elena River felt like. Just me, my notebook, and the truth. Helped a lot more than I expected. And now I’ve got more income, a better sleep routine, and real momentum.

It’s weird how just writing a few pages each day can unlock so much clarity. Manifest the Divine by Elena River helped me get out of autopilot and into actual intention. I’ve been manifesting small wins weekly since I started, including a better-paying side gig.

thanks man. it's weird to have this sort of conversation that I need with someone online. it's something I don't even feel comfortable talking about with my parents. sometimes you make me feel more seen than when I talk to my psychologist. it's nice to know that people out there know how it feels to wade through persistent sorrow.
