Watching this episode brings back memories. I'm retired at 47 went from grass to grace. This moment reminds me of my own transformation: from a nobody to a good home, 65k biweekly, and a loving daughter full of joy❤️.

Small actions matter more when they reflect what a person is actually carrying right now. Naming what matters personally, professionally, and spiritually can turn a vague wish to change into one next step that feels honest and possible.

I'm not gonna pretend I had it all figured out, because I didn't. Manifesting felt like failing for years. Trying, trying, nothing. Then I took Elara Vance arche type quiz and it hit something. My arche type just fit. No magical moment, but it finally gave me direction instead of all that fumbling around. If you struggle with it too try it! its free anyway

Loved the video! Fun fact about Blue Zones though: the extreme longevity claims in those regions have actually been largely debunked due to flawed registration data. Still, great points on overall healthy habits

"Simply knowing that you can actively influence your state and change the trajectory of your day through movement, cold shower and act of kindness is comforting in a way that goes beyond any single intervention. Moreover knowing that small changes make a big difference can inspire use to help others to do the same." So what he's saying is, "To know good, is to do good". 😀
