Can rape be a torture weapon? For Muslim men, rape is definitely torture. Muslims are old fashioned. They are taught to maintain chastity. So, rape can definitely break them. This is exactly what intelligence agencies want. To break their captives so that the captives give up. We saw this in Abu Ghraib prison during the Iraq war. Although, we were told that Ms. England only took advantage of her captives. One wonders whether something similar happens in CIA black sites. After all these sites exist so that the operatives can break tough nut captives. Considering rape is such an easy way to do so, it would be nothing short of surprising if we find out that rape isn't one of the torture weapon.

Always knew Pine Gap was a CIA front. The Americans in town were always kept to themselves and never usually came out, which wouldn't be the case if it was just an ordinary military base.

CIA can break the encryptions of Signal Messaging app? That is a news to me, hard to believe that open source encryptions algorithms can be broken when the US government uses the same encryption to protect their top secrets, like AES, Serpent, Twofish etc. The Signal app even uses Quantum Resistance encryption. [If the CIA ever caught illegal activities on Signal, Tor etc, are not because of technical fault in these service but because of bad OPSEC by the user.
