Just got the limited edition edition purple vinyl (with patch and poster) this week. Will be spinning tonite. I have had this and PL's Ascension pretty much on repeat on AppleMusic for the past month.

Hooded menace was brilliant on first two albums. When they became more melodic, they lost their thing. Imo.

I was waiting for that PL diss. I love that album too, while also agreeing; Hooded Menace made the best PL album this year.

There are some really great riffs and guitar work but overall, I get bored with this album.

I discovered Hooded Menace last year in a heavy metal album cover calendar and have been a fan ever since. The new album kicks ass and seamlessly continues where the previous one left off. Rarely have I come across such a brilliant yet still underrated band.

Blayne with Hooded Menace is like me with Hypocrisy (which for some reason I have never seen in this channel), great album, the Duran Duran cover was solid I think it really matched. Gonna have a listen to the record, maybe I can turn myself into a fan.

Always enjoyed their albums. Not my favorite vocal style. This album feels like classic Ozzy/Merciful Fate to me.
Astonishing songwriting and production. Probably will end up in my top 10 for the year(man it's gonna be tough chiseling this year down)

I just listened to this album yesterday and I thought it was just alright. I enjoyed ‘The Tritonus Bell’ much more. Just my opinion.

If you don’t know FULFILL THE CURSE you don’t know Hooded Menace…they have been underground doom death lords for decades and have only gotten better but their first album is still the god tier
