After almost 20 years of owning my 1st and 2nd homes, I no longer want to be a homeowner. I am downsizing to save money because owning a home is MUCH more expensive and MUCH more work than living in an apartment. I would rather spend my time and money on experiences that I WANT instead of on the work required to own a home.
