I'd rather people took shrooms and acid than coke and Mandy. People listen to Michael Jackson though which I can't understand either.

I definitely have HPPD. I can't see straight anymore. Its been draining. I fell into alcohol very bad for 4 to 5 years? I took a bunch of xanax during 2014-2024 i just fully stopped benzos a few months ago and it was hiding the anxiety and helped me feel real? It feels like my eyes are shaking all the time. I did ALOT of test chemicals and lsd. Cant do them anymore and never will.

Love your take on this. I have always been on the fence for legalization of recreational drugs that Can be harmful when abused. We just dont teach how to be safe. Abstenance only teachings dont work.

I thought I was developing this condition after experiencing what I guess you would call a "flashback." A few weeks after taking ecstasy at a rave with a lot of strobing bright lights, my vision suddenly began to fade in the middle of my sightline, almost feathering off into blackness with visual distortion around the black spot. I was a delivery driver at the time so I had to immediately stop until the effect finally faded. As much as I enjoy the person I am on ecstasy and how good it feels, I will probably never do that shit again. Stay safe, take low doses, don't trip too often, always test your shit, don't mix substances. Your brain will thank you.

8:24 woah man, that description of DDD was the first, and only time another person has ever accurately described EXACTLY how ive randomly felt a hand full of times in my life. I could never figure out what the hell was going on with me. I couldnt even tell other people what i was even feeling. But dang, you done done it! Most definitely gonna show my brother this shit!! Finally…. i know what the fuck it was! Finally…

My college dorm roommate disappeared the whole first week of class then showed back up saying some of the craziest things (we learned later that he took some crazy amount of acid and had been hospitalized). Everyone in the friend group represented a certain aspect in the coming fight of nature against machines… We liked him, but he could be difficult to cope with. Sounds like more than HPPD. He had to drop out. Wherever he is, I hope he has found some peace from this ish.
