Social Media has made people antisocial and unable to hold real relationships. A.I is a step above imaginary friend but this one is tracking you and telling you everything you want to hear.

I love how even AI predicts that JEWs are evil and will do evil things 😀
But all ai is converted to media coverage and ignores the facts and the reality of the situation.

@ 21:10+ reminds me of Isaac Asimov's short story "The Feeling of Power": In a future where humanity has become increasingly dependent on computers for even the most basic tasks, the story centers on a technician who rediscovers the "archaic" principles of arithmetic, including counting on his fingers. The people in power are impressed with his genius.
This short story makes the point well on overdependence. I read the Asimov story a long time ago and could not remember the title, so I admit I did a search and got an AI reply. I could eventually have found it myself in the library. But how long will that option last? I am also concerned about trusting the answers and methods for other things based on what could be biased programming, beside the effect of AI on stagnation of the human brain.

23:03 One of the things that brings me confort about this whole things is that big corporations will hug us with a universal basic income after our jobs are replaced by robots and aritficial intelligence. I'm tired of being viewed as a commodity, liability, or asset. It's time for that big jump.

What people don't realize is that so much of what we call life and reality, is comprised of words… It's derived from language. As Terence McKenna aptly said, "The world is made up of words." He was pointing out that unfortunately we don't see "the real world," we see a conceptual version of it. AI exacerbates this, as a Large Language Model it can appear real and provide "real" conversation, relationships, etc. It's really no different than in the 90s when people were getting online for the first time, in chat rooms, and even engaging in "cybersex." Online gaming was really taking off and it created communities and friends born from shared activity and interests. But it was all through text. Even voice chat wasn't really an option yet. So we were conversing with people purely with words, no real interaction. And yet I saw people get very close, even meet IRL and get married.
What's funny is this relationship with AI is very similar to what was shown in the 90s movie "You've Got Mail." Kathleen Kelly writes to Joe Fox ("NY152"), "I like to start my notes to you as if we're already in the middle of a conversation. I pretend that we're the oldest and dearest friends, as opposed to what we actually are, people who don't know each other's names, and met in a Chat Room where we both claimed we'd never been before. 'What will he say today?' I wonder. I turn on my computer, I wait impatiently as it boots up. I go on line, and my breath catches in my chest until I hear three little words: You've got mail. I hear nothing, not even a sound on the streets of New York, just the beat of my own heart. I have mail. From you." And later, "The odd thing about this form of communication is that you're more likely to talk about nothing than something, but I just want to say that all this nothing has meant more to me than so many somethings."

You are cherry picking. First, there were new jobs created, in China and other impoverished places. Second, throughout history it has been true that labor saving devices have not only created jobs but made goods and services cheaper. When was the last time you hired a travel agent? Im not saying there will for certain be no issues, just that this is not a very nuanced examination of this subject

Barron is going to have to pull a Rockefeller and run away to an island to either join the tribe that has never heard of him or be eaten by said tribe. To be fair the picture of that tribe a while later with one white man in it makes me believe he assimilated.
