FOX CAN’T HIDE IT ANYMORE: Laura Ingraham Realizes LIVE ON AIR Republicans Are in BIG TROUBLE
FOX CAN’T HIDE IT ANYMORE: Laura Ingraham realizes LIVE ON AIR that Republicans could be in big trouble heading into the 2026 midterm elections. While reviewing the congressional generic ballot, the Fox News host acknowledges that Democrats’ 5.7-point advantage is anything but “slight.”
In this video, we examine the Harvard-Harris poll showing Republicans ahead among likely voters, the missing details that make that result difficult to evaluate, and the broader RealClearPolitics polling average showing Democrats with a much larger national advantage.
We also compare today’s generic ballot with September 2018—the election cycle when Democrats ultimately flipped 40 House seats—and explain what the current numbers could mean for control of Congress. Democrats only need a net gain of three seats to take back the House, so is Fox News beginning to recognize the political warning signs?
Watch until the end, then tell me: Do you believe Republicans are on track to lose the House in 2026?

Laura Ingraham’s reaction said it all: a 5.7-point Democratic advantage is definitely not “slight.” Do you think Republicans are heading toward losing the House in 2026, or is it still too early to trust the polls?

I still stand by my prediction of nine months ago: Dems will retake the House 230—205 Dems will retake the Senate 54—46, netting SEVEN seats along the way. If it weren't for gerrymandering in the GOP House races, my prediction for Dems would be even more favorable. Once RCP's average of polls consistently shows the approval rating of that cravenly kleptocratic miscreant at or below 32%, that'll be all-she-wrote for the GOP in the midterm elections. And once the generic ballot consistently shows Dems up by 9 or more points, we'll be able to begin dusting-off our forks! Btw, I also predict that SC, MS and FL will be coming into play by the middle of September. That's been my 2¢ for the last nine consecutive months running, and I'm sticking with it! 😊

Also, there may be another factor at play here. Just because someone is a registered R voter, doesn't mean that they will vote for a Republican. Most election cycles you might be able to make that assumption, but I sense that at least some Rs are feeling betrayed and generally just pissed off. Even if only a small percentage peel off and secretly vote for a D, maybe for the first time in their lives, then it's game over.

Fox knows very well "what" DJT is but the money that MAGA brings in is more important

The biggest factor is that over half of Independents are definitely or most likely going to vote, and they have shifted for Democrats by a LOT. Some Republicans are saying they're going to vote for Democrats this time, too. I can't imagine that many Democrats are going to vote Republican.

2:49 yeah but that table makes it clear. They surveyed more republicans. Dems won independents by 8 points in that poll. Only way GOP edges out that group is if it’s weighted

No. 5.8 is already down from what it's been. We need to be realistic. The GOP is going to get a bump from this convention and from all the money they are spending. You guys keep focusing on Trump's approval but that doesn't mean Republicans are voting for Democrats. We need a burst of energy or we are fucked.

I really believe that there will be a lot of low propensity Dem voters coming out for the midterms, much like what happened with Trump and low propensity Rep voters, but these are going to be left leaning people or unaffiliated people who are being affected by the economy. I think Dems could win by larger margins than the polls are showing us. Especially Dem candidates that talk about the economy, the war, and healthcare.

Given everything that has been happening and trump f**king everything up, how and why are the polls still this close? Do we all need to die before the rest of the idiots come to their senses? 🤬

I can’t believe it’s even close. The only thing the R party offers is hate of “something”. Absolutely no substance. And we’re living in hell RIGHT NOW EVERY DAY. This is what voting Republican gets you.

Republicans know they're in trouble which is why they're trying every trick possible to cheat and disenfranchise Dems.

They are missing brain parts …. Her comment that polls have gone up and down is mid information… since Tariff day, he’s consistently been 32 to 40 % approval … more recent it’s been in the 30 % approval
