Facts About J. Edgar Hoover
If there’s one member of the Federal Bureau of Investigation that pretty much everyone in the world could name without trouble, it’s J. Edgar Hoover. Best known as the country’s most famous G-man, Hoover’s work as director of the FBI began in 1924, when Hoover took control, it was simply called the Bureau of Investigation. The “Federal” was added 11 years later in 1935.
Hoover may not have founded the FBI, but he certainly molded it into the institution citizens know today. As the head of the organization for nearly 50 years, Hoover has become a national icon, revered for the way he shaped the country’s domestic police force. In fact, Hoover is still so revered that the FBI’s national headquarters is named for him.

I find it rather curious, to say the least, that in this, as well as in most other documentaries about J Edgar Hoover, no mention is made of his considerable Negro descent, although such is fairly evident in many of his photos, some more than others. Actually, Hoover was part of a near white middle to upper class Negro elite extant in Washington D. C. at the turn of the 20th century and affected disdain for the darker Negro working class, Gore Vidal has related that it was commonly understood by the community that Hoover was a light mulatto passing for white. Some time ago I surmised that Hoover may have been sexually molested by some Negro queer at some point during his adolescence. More recently I came across allusions by unidentified Capitol Hill insiders to the effect that Hoover was sexually molested by a Negro handyman at 10 yrs of age, thus accounting for his subsequent behavior. That being said, Hoover was quite correct in his suspicion of 'black' radicals as Marxist/Communist – inspired — any examination of their speeches/transcripts, and published literature, as well as that of their white 'comrades' thoroughly vindicates Hoover's claims. Such activities continuing to the present day (2025), and constituting a dire menace to America. BEWARE!!

Is there something wrong with you? If you actually researched "HISTORY", you would know that the Venona Project, which intercepted over 45,000 Russian cables to agents within the United States, verified well over 300 Russian agents in GOVERNMENT positions, including Truman's White House. Senator Joseph McCarthy has been vindicated by documentary evidence and Senate testimonies, including Whittaker Chambers, but many others for well over 40 years now. It is pathetic that a channel called "World History" cannot even do basic research, let alone be accurate, and let's just forget fair altogether. I hope no one attempt to ruin your life and reputation with such lies. Criticism and disapproval are fine if based on facts. When they add "federal" to anything, it always makes it worse. At least they've been consistent in that they still unconstitutionally go after high-profile people. They may try to come across as non-political. But there is no doubt that they lean faaaarrr left. I think they have made that quite evident in recent years.

Hoover was his own worst enemy, he told special agents to spy on the activities of Clyde Tolson. Agents reported that most of Tolson's family had well paying jobs with the Federal Government. Hover knew this because he was the one that got them the jobs. But now the rank and file knew. His own agents photographed him in Chicago with gay men and in Miami at the racetrack winning thousands of dollars from tips from the mob.
