So yes, the extra tugg intro is muted.

I saw it last night while opening, but it made me laugh so hard that I was silently shirtless for 20 seconds that I left it in.

Write in to your local congressmen if this upset you.

The Y2K New Year's was the very first one I remember because it was the first one my parents let me stay awake for I guess they figured hey if the world is going to end we should let our kids have her first New Year's

It was literally the best decade of entertainment from cartoons to every non-classic music genre, to video games, films, and movies.

Peak Nickelodeon, Disney Channel, Fox Kids, Kids WB, etc.

Peak film franchises (Underworld, Fast and Furious, MCU, etc.).

Peak club mixes, peak pop, peak alt, punk, etc.

Peak decade and even into 2015 before everything started plummetting.

13:08 The American Pie movies were ABSOLUTELY influential! That style of comedy seems to be fading unfortunately but the "American Pie" franchise influenced the comedy genre for years to come.

I was at a 3 day Phish festival on an Indian reservation near Miami on New Year's eve 1999 and I remember being on way too many mushrooms and way too many acid tabs and way too many beers and maybe even has an opium when midnight struck play the band went into a cover of after midnight having a thought set the whole world could be ending right then and there and planes falling out of the sky and I would have no clue.

ok so I'm gonna go on a little tangent about swan, fuck swan, there was this one woman they straight up lied and told her they were only doing like Botox and minor shit like that and when she woke up she was horrified to what actually happened, you can see her tear up in one of the episodes and in an interview after where she had sued the network she said "I want my face back, they stole it from me" with tears in her eyes

Something else in the mid-2000's that I watched was Scarred, basically AFV but without the funny, and with much more graphic videos of injuries from failed stunt attempts. Oh! And 1,000 Ways to Die as well, there was definitely a macabre/shock factor popularity in the 2000's. I don't even want to get into the different online videos and websites that were talked about and shared at the time…

I remember a news story at the time of people buying expensive French wine and pouring in the street and down storm drains. An look I enlisted largely impart because of 9/11 and I thought those people were idiots.

9:41 It's probably because Egypt is a large Muslim nation near the Middle East, and the attacks were done by Muslim folks from the Middle East, it'd make sense to ban a song tangentially associated with Islam in the mentality of someone who witnessed 9/11
