Why would I care how it gets there and what it does when it gets there?
1) I won’t be here before it leaves and goes interstellar.
2) 75,000 years nobody will care because nobody will remember we launched it.
3) by the time it hits interstellar space nobody will remember it because it won’t talk

Planet 9 isn’t even officially confirmed via imagine yet. You can’t say that Voyager will be anywhere near it in 300 years because we don’t know where it is now. We have some evidence pointing to its existence, but nothing tangible.

If the golden records get to another planet with developed alien life, it’s equally as likely that the aliens will wipe the equivalent of their buttholes with the golden records. They’ll only study them if they’re intelligent and we’ve got two shots for them to be discovered.
No, odds are they’ll drift until they crash into a planet completely devoid of life and they’ll sit there (on their respective lifeless planets) until they are possibly discovered by an interstellar civilization that will assume the planet it was found on is our home planet, unless they’ve studied the galaxy enough to know where we are based on the map on the record.
But, the only way they’ll be able to decipher it is if they’re intelligent and, once again, that’s highly unlikely.

Unfortunately, I really don’t think even if we were to find a planet that would be habitable for human life. I don’t think we would ever actually be able to properly adapt to it. Even if it is habitable for human life that doesn’t necessarily mean that we would be compatible to it. After all, there are a lot of things that we would have to take in consideration. The possibility of obviously unknown microorganisms and everything.
There’s also the fact that we could very well land on one of these planets, and any kind of biological material that we have on us could unintentionally result in a severe negative impact on the ecosystem of the existing planet. So all in all we would have to be very, very careful.

The scale of the universe never stops being mind blowing. Every 'What If' reveals more about humanity than the universe itself, reminding us how much remains unknown.!! ❤
