EU Sees New US Trade Demands Hollowing Out Trump Deal
European Union officials see new US demands for trade concessions as well as other measures as potentially undercutting an earlier agreement as the two sides prepare to negotiate the next steps of this summerβs trade deal, which set a 15% tariff on most EU goods entering the US. Suzanne Lynch reports on Bloomberg Television.

Red line as far as I'm concerned. They can let corporations walk all over consumers interests in their own bloody country but not in Europe.

Oh dear, do the little vassal states think they get to have an opinion? π
Trump should just force them to disband the EU, theyβve pretended to be in the same league as the US far too long.

The EU needs to follow Canadaβs lead. Never trust a liar or negotiate with bullies. Being the criminals they are, whatever ransom you offer will never be enough, they will come back for more because they know youβll pay up since youβve done it before.

Appeasing an authoritarian bully only leads to more demands. Europe should have learned that lesson permanently in the first half of the 20th century. Seriously, do we really need to name the demented leader who taught you that lesson so very painfully? I hope the EU does not cave in to Trump's demands this time.

You should make deals with men based on their Character, Trump has never kept his deals or honored his contracts, ask the plus 3500 contractors he cheated when he was in his casino stage. He says it is a fun game after the other guy honors his contract for Trump to take them to court over and over until they accept pennies on the dollars because they cannot afford more court fees and have all ready lost in some cases their businesses through bankruptcy
