She knew because she could feel it AND her eyes turned normal. Just as there can be no sequel because Cage’s eye are normal on the last helicopter scene.

Finally! I thought I was the only one who had to rewind scenes 3 times just to understand what the heck was going on. Time loops really mess with your brain!

Since cage has omega blood, he will repeat his life back to that moment in the helicopter. Every time he dies going forward.
It's however long that life is he gets to repeat it. It's a curse he can never die unless he meets the omega's senior

Yeah if they actually had made a sequel. I just took it as they lost their omega and it doesn't come back in the re-do so they have no idea how to fight or what to do or where to go and their reset abilities so they are on the run. There is definitely more than just one omega though

She didn’t kiss him for her. She kissed him for him.
She talks of soemone she lost in battle….. over and over again.
She types several times “what are you looking at, if I have something on my face”
She is noticing he is looking at her the way she used to look at her love.
She knows what he’s going through. It’s the final battle. There both dead or they win…… whatever the win.
The kiss is a “you got us here, you deserve this”

1. How does Rita know she’s not resetting time? Maybe simple in that the loop duration is fixed like Groundhog Day. It’s not clear from movie that you have to only die to loop. Maybe it loops anyways even if Cage does not die.

One huge plothole in this and similar movies that is never mentioned is the fact that a every memory we gain is essentially also a physical change in our body, specifically our brain. If a character starts a new day with a body and brain that is a day older, including all the memories ans experiences of that day, it should also retain all other physical changes, injuries, death etc 😉

The problem with the last time reset is that there is no more machine that can do it. So it kind of makes no sense. Unless Cage did it by himself which also questionable.

Could you explain the moment where he's supposedly a well-known public figure who inspired millions to enlist but no one in J Squad seems to recognize him? That was pretty confusing.

I think the best description of the mimicks is the roots of big trees. Make them move like the trees in the lord of the rings. I think it was that movie where the trees go to war with the elves. ✌️

Who was firing the missiles at the humans during the battle? You never see anything but biologics represented as the aliens. Not one single account of alien tech.

One reason why Rita think she lost the ability to reset is probably when she realize she no longer gets the vision.

Rita and Cage both “knew” after the transfusions they lost the power. They also had visions being tied to the mimic network/hive mind. Those were gone.
